Unit 2 and 3 have been purchased and we have officially moved in. However this is just the beginning. We have a CI$118,000 bridge loan (to be repaid from future donations). All amounts include 7.5% stamp duty. We also need to renovate the Masjid and car park. The total for renovations, including carpets, wudhu area, prayer space and Minbar is $90,000 KYD
Phase 2: Units 5 & 6 + Renovation (CI$1,013,750 needed)
Target: June 2026. Purchase remaining units including development. All amounts include 7.5% stamp duty and fees.
